There is also a chronological survey of both the Old and New Testaments which help highlight the central theme of Scripture - God's redemptive plan of salvation through Christ .

Course created by Dr Hugh Osgood
Bible Academy has been written by Dr Hugh Osgood - a senior UK Church leader with over 50 years experience in teaching the Bible for practical use.
Placing Jesus’ life, death and resurrection at the centre of the Bible gives us the very best understanding of Scripture. This course looks through the Bible chronologically to help build up this picture and give us the fullest revelation of who He is.
Not only do we study the story line of the Bible. We look at some key historic and modern theological questions that have been central to our understanding and relationship with God over the centuries.
During the course we will ask you to develop a relationship with your physical Bible as well as taking time to think and reflect upon what you have been learning by using a learning journal. This will provide you with the space and time needed to deepen your personal understanding of God’s Word.
