ABOUT BIBLE ACADEMY LIVE
Bible Academy LIVE takes our online course to a deeper level.
Monthly interactive teaching days with Hugh Osgood allow students to get additional insights and information, as well as the providing an opportunity to bring their questions and taking part in discussions.
There are eleven online teaching sessions for each Bible Academy LIVE class, dates are below. As numbers for interactive sessions are limited, students must commit to attending at least 9 of the 11 interactive sessions so that spaces are not wasted.
TEACHING DATES 2026
Each teaching session runs from 1:30pm – 5:30pm (UK Time) with two 15 minute breaks. Teaching sessions are typically on the third Friday of each month, with a break in August for the Summer Holidays – a full list of dates are below.

There are no specific academic requirements for joining Bible Academy LIVE, however, this course is intended for those who are looking to engage with the Bible in a deeper way.
This may include, but is not limited to, those in or considering church leadership or Bible teaching ministry roles. As well as those who are looking for a way to take the Bible Academy course a step further.
As numbers for interactive sessions are limited, students signing up for Bible Academy LIVE must commit to attending at least 9 of the 11 interactive sessions so that spaces are not wasted.

GENERAL
Bible Academy is ideal for individuals who have a good initial grasp of the Bible and Christianity, and want to take their personal studies and understanding further.
Each online module takes a student between 4-6 hours to complete. There are 12 modules in Bible Academy so that's a total of 48-72 hours of learning.
Bible Academy LIVE has one teaching day a month for 11 months.

For each of the 12 modules completed you will receive a certificate, which can be downloaded and printed at home.
Yes, a learning journal forms a key part of the course and helps to process what is being learnt.

To use Bible Academy, you will need access to the internet.
We strongly recommend using a computer, but it is possible to use a tablet or smart phone too.
Bible Academy LIVE takes place online and uses Zoom.
